Privacy policy

Tyohaar by Ghungroo uses your details only to run this shop: sign-in, delivery, and order records. We do not sell your data.

What we store

Email (for one-time sign-in links), delivery name, phone, shipping address, cart and wishlist rows on your account, and order history. Payments made online are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers.

Who can see it

You can read your own profile and orders when signed in. Store operators can read orders so they can pack and ship. Database access is limited by row-level security.

How long

Account and order records stay as long as the shop needs them for delivery, returns, and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to update or delete personal details that are not required to keep a past order accurate.
